We participate in the national GriefShare ministry to support people in their grief journey.

We participate in the National Grace Alliance Ministry, currently offering Family Grace, to improve understanding, communication, and outcomes for those with loved ones who battle mental illness.

About Us

Cahaba Heights Baptist Church is a small, growing community of believers committed to living out the teachings of Jesus Christ. Since our founding as New Bethel Baptist Church in 1897, we have been dedicated to spiritual growth, worship, fellowship, and serving our neighbors. We believe Cahaba Heights Baptist Church can once again become a cornerstone in our community. 

Our mission is to share God’s love, nurture faith, and encourage every individual to grow in their relationship with Christ.

We offer a variety of ministries and programs to engage in Christ’s work, from our doorstep to missions abroad. Whether you are new to faith or looking to deepen your spiritual journey, you’ll find a place here.
